Brief Introduction

Adopting micro-computer PLC, frequency converter, man-machine interface, it is highly automatic, easy to operate, and long in service life. Therefore, it is widely used for the packaging of printing plates with various sizes, and special shape products also can be packed by it, such as: elliptic shape, square shape, triangle shape products. Besides, it meets GMP standard.

Main transmission part employs parallel axis and bevel wheel speed reducer.
Forming dies, hot-sealing dies and impressing dies adopt bolt orientation to achieve exact orientation and easier dies change.
Heat-sealing station fixed, forming, impressing and cutting spare parts can move freely to adjust the distance
