1. External Washing Machine

Main Applications
This machine is designed for rinsing the external surface of glass infusion bottle.

Working Principle
First, glass infusion bottle is sent to the external washing machine via feeding machine. Then hairbrush circumvolves quickly to rinse the ektexine of the bottle. At the same time, the external wall of bottle is rinsed by way of spraying high pressure water, and thorough clean effect can be obtained.

2. Platen Type Ultrasonic Cleaning Machine

Main Applications
Our ultrasonic cleaning equipment is suitable for rinsing surface, lumen of A & B type infusion glass bottle with 50ml, 100ml, 250ml, 500ml before the infusion glass bottle is filled.

Performances and Features
Both rough washing and delicate washing are completed in two different machines.
For ultrasonic washing, the dead spot caused by the hairbrush and broken bottle can be avoided.
Water temperature and flushing time can be set as per actual demand.  

Working Principle of Platen Type Ultrasonic Cleaning Machine
After infusion glass bottle is conveyed to the washing machine via a bottle conveyor, it is being preflushed with high-pressure water, and enters into the pool for ultrasonic rinsing. And then flush with common water, deionized water, as well as distilled water twice respectively. Lastly, empty water and finish rinsing process.

3. Filling and Stoppering Machine
Main Applications
This kind of pharmacy equipment is widely used for filling, sealing rubber stopper of I.V. bottle (glass, plastic bottle). It can perform filling and rubber stopper pressing at one stroke, and can combine into I.V. automatic production line with back-forth single machine.  

Features of Filling and Stoppering Machine
Filling metering adopts artisen equidistant constant speed principle (Q=VxT).
During filling, it doesn't cause any mechanical friction or particle.
Both filling and nitrogen flushing can be carried out simultaneously to ensure drug quality.
Electromagnetic oscillating funnel with large capacity is used to handle cap, which can realize no bottle, no stopper feeding.
Bottle-neck positioning device is adopted, with good centering and high qualified rate for cap pressing.
Continuous bottle conveying, smooth running, high production efficiency.

4. Cap Fastening Machine

Main Applications
This machine is perfect for falling and fastening of infusion bottle cap after pressing and turning cap.

6. Liquid Viewer
Main Applications
As an auxiliary machine for the infusion production line, liquid viewer is applicable to the infusion bottle with 50ml, 100ml, 250ml and 500ml, and is also suitable for checking of other kinds of transparent glass bottles.
After filling, sealing and sterilizing, this liquid processing equipment can be used to check whether the meatus is tightened or there is any eye-winker inside of the bottle and check the transparence.
