Features of Rotary Tablet Press
This tablet press or pill press is made of stainless steel, and the housing is fully closed. The surface of the rotary table is covered with a hardened layer for good wear resistance. Additionally, it meets GMP standard.
It equips organic glass doors, windows and stainless steel frames for graceful appearance and good rigidity.
It adopts frequency speed control. The electric motor is fixed on the base plate, thus avoid vibrating during operation.
The upper and lower guide rails and punches are lubricated by an automatic lubricating system for reduced wear of guide rails.
Equipped a hydraulic overload protection device, this pharmacy equipment can stop automatically in case of overpressure, thereby protecting the punch pins from being damaged.
An air intake adjuster is installed to reduce the flying dust from the tablet pressing chamber.
A high precision pressure sensor is equipped with an amplifier provided with gaining and self-checking functions so as to implement self-checking of tablet compression pressure reliably. The tablet weight control system has the function of rejecting degraded tablets in batches or individually.
The impellers of the forced feeder are available in different materials to meet your requirements.
